This page highlights two of my favorite forms of "Joy" care. I am rejuvenated when I lead and participate in spiritual retreats. I am also energized when I lead Freedomsize. Both of these activities engage our body, soul and spirit. God's Spirit is the fuel behind it all. Why don't you try them for yourself?!

Who would've thought that 10 years later, this dream would still be alive? God knew all along His plan to keep it alive. I sought to follow suit. After longing to do Jazzercise to praise music, the Lord fulfilled my heart's desire for movement to Christian music. Thank you Lord!
Retreating
I have had the privilege of leading several retreats, and oh how I enjoy doing so. I experience great joy in assisting to lead others into a deeper relationship with Jesus. I appreciate all who entrust their very souls into my care. I do not take it lightly. May I remain His servant.
